I was driving about 120km/hr down the highway when a loud knocking started. I took it in to the dealership and they serviced it. Code was P0299 and they replaced the turbo, all the gaskets, cac hose and fuel filters.

I currently have both, here is my opinion. I have a 2018 Laramie ecodiesel 4x4, 6" lift, 22" wheels, 35" nitto ridge grapplers. Prior to lift, I was getting 24 mpg average driving as a Realtor, some flat roads some hills. I drove from OKC to San Antonio and got 29 on highway with very conservative driving.
