The arm width on a fast hitch is right in between the official specification for Category 1 and Category 2 3-point hitch pin spacings. IIRC Cat I is 26", Fast Hitch is 28" and Cat II is 32". Of course not all implement manufacturers follow the standard, which is why your blade just happens to fit with straight arms.
