Sometimes it will allow me to still drive and sometimes it will die and throw up the battery light. I am always able to restart my car after it dies. The lights do not always come on. Dealer said it was throwing a steering angle sensor code so they replaced the battery and the sensor. They didn't have a clue how to reset the VDC Slip warning so I have been trying to do it myself. Of course, it's due for the yearly inspection this month and I'm not sure it will pass in Texas with those four lights on.

Those light come on whenever I disconnect the battery. To reset the lights have the car off and pointed straight. Turn the car on and drive it in a straight line. Do not turn the wheel. The lights will turn off when you hit 15-20mph. Best to do this in an empty parking lot with ample space.
